When will my order be shipped?
We aim to fulfil all orders within 24-48hours of being received.

Do you ship anywhere in the world? 
Yes, we offer FREE international shipping for the Astral Box to certain countries, and whenever possible this is fully tracked with a personal tracking number given to you.

How often am I charged?

What if I want to subscribe for 3, 6 or 12 months only?  Select the "is this a gift?" option when adding your preferred subscription length to cart. You are charged on the date you purchase the box only. You will not be billed every 3 month/ 6 months/ 12 months. 

Can I get just one box? 
Technically there is no option for a one-off box purchase. What you can do is select the month by month option, but you will need to remember to cancel your subscription before the second order is due. You can cancel anytime through your manage subscription account. Unfortunately we are not able to perform refunds if an upcoming order is not cancelled in time.

Can I select a subscription as a gift that won’t auto renew? 
Yes you can on do this on the 3, 6 or 12 month subscription options. Select the "is this a gift?" option when adding to your cart. Enter your Giftees shipping address and not your own if you would like us to ship directly to them. You will not be billed every 3 month/ 6 months/ 12 months. 

Can I send one box as a gift?                                                                           Technically there is no option to send only one box as a gift. You could subscribe to the month by month option and enter your giftees address instead of yours. But you would need to remember to cancel through your manage subscription page before the second order is due. Unfortunately we are not able to perform refunds if an upcoming order is not cancelled in time.

Can I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your upcoming order anytime by accessing your account. Select manage subscription on our website homepage. Or click here. When you are logged in you can select Manage next to the subscription you would like to cancel and then select "cancel order." By cancelling you are stopping all future orders. If you wish to just skip a month or two, choose the skip option described below. 

Can I skip a month? Yes you can! Select manage subscription on our website homepage. Or click here. When you are logged in select the "Manage" option next to the subscription you would like to skip. Select "Upcoming Orders" and a list of all future orders will appear, you will see that there is an option to "Skip Order" for each one. Select "Skip Order" on any you wish to skip. The status will change to "Skipped" and you will also have the option to "Resume Shipment" if you change your mind. 

How do I change my delivery address? 
You can change your delivery address for your subscription by accessing your account. Select manage subscription on our website homepage. Or click here. When you are logged in select "Manage" and choose "Update Address." Follow the instructions to update. 

How do I change the credit/debit card that is being charged? 
You can change your billing information by accessing your account. Select manage subscription on our website homepage. Or click here. When you are logged in select the "Manage" option and choose "View/Update Card." Follow the instructions to update. 

When do you send the monthly boxes?
We send the boxes during the second week of each month.

When should I receive my box? 
This can depend on where you are in the world and when you placed the order. People on a subscription will be prioritised for early fulfilment. 

Your shipment is tracked when possible (yes even international!) You are notified by e-mail of your shipment and given your personal tracking number, you can also keep up to date with which box is on it's way through your personal account

What’s inside Astral Box? 
Each month Astral Box has a theme to enhance the spiritual aspects of your life. We include 4-6 full size products, all additional products or any smaller sizes/samples are additional to this. Products can encompass, spiritual tools, crystals, beauty, aromatherapy, teas and art. 

How is the box packaged? 
We place the items securely in a high quality box that is designed to keep everything safe. We then additionally use a water resistant satchel for shipping purposes to keep your box clean, secure and safe through it’s journey to you.
