How to start your day with Purpose
We are all guilty of waking up, rushing around and feeling stressed before we have even left the house in the morning. Sounds familiar?
Taking just 10 minutes for yourself in the morning can make a huge change to your day and the energy you emit. Having that time for yourself, to centre and breathe gets you out of the fight or flight stress response, ultimately leading to better overall health and decision making.

Cacao Recipe
25gm chopped ceremonial cacao (can increase amount but start low)
Dash of cinnamon
Dash of cayenne pepper
Honey to taste
Milk of your choice (the amount you would put in a cup of coffee or tea)
Water
Try our Cacao here
Add all the above ingredients into a blender and blend gently until smooth consistency
Heat in a saucepan but make sure not to boil to keep the nutrients strong.
Sit and enjoy !
