When will my order be shipped?

We aim to fulfil all orders within 24-48hours of being received unless a shipping date is specified in the product description (e.g shipping begins on the 14th). Refer to Astral Box FAQ for shipping related questions to do with your Astral Box orders. Please refer to holiday shipping for fulfilment during holidays.

How long will shipping take? 

This depends on where you are in the world, and where your items are coming from. Items are located in Auckland NZ.

How much is shipping?

This Depends on where in the world you are shipping your order. Items are shipped from New Zealand.

New Zealand:

Shipping is $10

Australia:

Standard Shipping is $15 NZD


United States: 
Standard Shipping is $30 NZD

United Kingdom & Canada 

Standard Shipping is $30 NZD


Please note we do not ship to a lot of countries in Asia and Africa because the shipping methods used are very unreliable. If you need more help about whether we can ship to your country please feel free to email us: hello@astralcollective.com

Customs and duties may apply to your order. We do not control this and are not responsible for these additional charges if applicable.

PRE-ORDERS

All items placed on preorder mean they are available for sale, but are not currently in stock. We endeavour to fulfil pre-orders no later than within 2-weeks of you placing your order unless a specific date is specified on the product page. But, in some cases there can be delays due to high demand, customs or other circumstances outside of our control. We will contact you if these circumstances arise. 

 

What is Laybuy and how can I use it? 

Laybuy is available for customers based in New Zealand, Australia and the United Kingdom and can be used on all purchases excluding subscriptions.

My Parcel Has Been Returned To Sender?

If it has occurred due to an error on our part we cover the cost of returning the parcel at our expense once it has arrived back to us.

If it is returned to us due to the reasons below:

Wrong Address - If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.

Unclaimed - Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself.
