How Much Is Shipping?
Prices will show at checkout in New Zealand Dollars ($NZD) and not your local currency. You can see this before finalising the order.
When will my Clothing/Apparel be shipped?
Processing time: Please note our items are made after we receive your order. This is to avoid environmental waste.
These processing times may vary (shorter or longer) in some cases depending on the demand of the item and the time it takes to make it. But usually it's no more than a couple of days. Do not hesitate to message us at hello@astralcollective.com for any questions.
If I want to purchase clothing PLUS other items on the store when will they all be shipped?
Because all of our clothing is handmade in sweatshop free conditions in the United States and Europe and each item is made to order just for you, it means we may need to send your items in multiple parcels.
If one of your items is a Subscription Box this item will always be sent during the second and third weeks of the corresponding month.
Will I have to Pay Duties or Tax on my Order?
If applicable you will be liable for all import duties, customs and taxes. These will be due at the point of, or after delivery.
Please be aware that we do not have any control over any duties, customs, and taxes levied by the country your order is being shipped to. We cannot tell you what the cost will be as these charges can vary.
IMPORTANT NOTICE FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
For international orders, If the tracking says your order was delivered but you haven't received it yet, contact customs or your local post office right away. There is a chance you need to pick up the package.
If the package is not picked up within 3 days, the order will be returned to the original sender. We can reship the order but you will need to pay postage again.
Can I Track My Order?
Once your order is shipped, we will send you an email containing a tracking number. Tracking numbers might take up to 3-4 days before it updates.

Please note: for some countries tracking is not available on the international services used.

We want you to feel good about wearing our clothes and using our products because they’re ethically and responsibly made.
Being transparent about our manufacturing process and locations is important to us, so here’s everything you need to know about how our clothes and products are made.
ETHICALLY MADE CLOTHING
It’s our priority that everyone who works for us does so in a safe environment where they are ethically-treated. That’s why our clothes are made in Worldwide Responsible Accredited Production (WRAP) certified factories.
WRAP is a globally recognised, independent third party certifying body whose mission is to promote ethical, humane, and lawful conditions and practices in all manufacturing facilities.
Companies accepted into the WRAP organisation go through an extensive application process in which manufacturing facilities, working environments, and workers’ rights are inspected and approved by the WRAP association. WRAP certifications are awarded based upon both internationally and nationally accepted humane workplace standards, local laws, and ethical manufacturing regulations

What size should I choose?

How do I change my delivery address?
You can change your delivery address by contacting us at hello@astralcollective.com. We cannot guarantee a change of address so please take care when entering in your shipping details. We are unable to change an address once it has been sent. You can alternatively contact the local postal system once it is scanned into their system and see if they are able to offer a redirection.
I changed my mind can I have a refund?!?

We know it's hard figuring out the correct sizing first time with a new range. That's why we do offer an Exchange Policy. Please read it carefully here

How Do I Care For My Items?
Taking good care of your items will mean they will feel nice, look nice and be with you for a long time not just a good time.
- Always use cold water.
- Don't use bleach or other strong detergent products.
- Do not put your clothes in a machine dryer (natural air dry)
- Wash similar clothes together.
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for items that are damaged during washing.
My parcel was returned to sender - what can I do?
Reach out to us by email - We love to help! We can help you organise to have it resent as soon as it arrives back to us. Parcels being resent due to non-collection from your local post office will only be resent once shipping and handling fee has been paid. We do not provide refunds because a parcel has been returned to us due to being unclaimed, or not picked up from your local Postal Service.
Wrong Address - If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.
Unclaimed - Shipments that are returned to us with the reason unclaimed or not picked up by customer are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself.
