5 Powerful Rituals to try during the Full Moon

5 Powerful Rituals to try during the full moon.

A full moon occurs when the sun is exactly opposite the moon - this is always a monthly opportunity to bring things to a close. It’s also a great time to release what is no longer serving you. This is also a great opportunity to manifest and create.

How to work with the magic of the Full Moon:

  • Clear your energy.  On a piece of paper, write down what you want to release or clear from your energy. On the night of the full moon you can either bury or burn this piece of paper. This will symbolize it releasing from your energy field. Set the intention and allow it to happen.

  • Cleanse your crystals.  The moon reflects the light of the sun. The full moon delivers its sacred feminine energy to anything that receives its soft light. This recharges the crystals and their energy is cleansed. Anything they have been holding for us while we use them as healing can now be sent to the light.

  • Moon Water.  Capture the magic of the moon. Leave a glass of filtered water out under the moon.  Set an intention  - i.e. I  want to release all that is not serving me.  I want to align with the frequency of abundance. The water will absorb the magic from the moon.  Drink the water in the morning, affirming gratitude for the magic that has taken place.

  • Goddess Full Moon Circle. Energies are always more potent in a a group. Grab a bunch of your girlfriends and work with the full moon. Drink  cacao to open your heart space, dance your worries away or meditate with an intention.

  • Tap into your intuitive gifts.  With the potency of a full moon - you can tap into your intuition. Meditate and ask for guidance.  By creating the space and aligning with the energy of the moon - you will be opening up a direct portal to receive messages. You can also use your favourite deck of oracle cards to gain further insights.
